In 2019 the Delaware River Sojourn celebrated 25 years of success in bringing together young and old to experience the wonders of paddling the River. Starting in Narrowsburg, New York and ending in Florence, New Jersey, paddlers experienced eight days of fun on the river, camping and educational programs. This family oriented event is one of the safest and most enjoyable ways to experience the wonders of the natural treasure that is the Delaware River. A safety patrol team from the National Canoe Safety Patrol accompanies the Sojourn daily and assures that everyone will paddle without fear of danger from rapids or other hazards.
